Drugstores won’t be sharing prescription info
Not one person in California's Assembly Health Committee voted in favor of a bill that would allow drugstores the right to give mass-mailing organization records of prescription drug use. California state Sen. Ron Calderon introduced SB 1096 on May 29, stating hopes that it would allow drugstores to send customers useful educational information and refill reminders. Report
