Total Compensation: $21.4M
Details: Bernard Poussot got a 69 percent raise in his compensation package for 2008, up from $12.7 million in 2007--a difference of $8.6 million. That's not counting the heft $24 million change-in-control bonus Poussot received when Pfizer bought Wyeth for $68 billion. For "security and other reasons" Poussot is required to use the company jets and helicopters when he flies. His benefits also include financial planning, tax preparation services and an annual physical examination.
