Details: Baldino's base salary of $1.3 million in 2009 was augmented by $4.5 million in stock awards, $4 million in option awards and $1.3 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation. He received 160,000 stock options and 80,000 RSUs in 2009. He also had use of the corporate aircraft, for which he reimbursed the company $63,835. Cephalon's compensation committee increased Baldino's base salary by five percent, but he receives no extra pay for his services as director.
