Details: Interpharm makes generic versions of about a dozen prescription and over-the-counter meds, including acetaminophen and hydrocodone. It sells its products under its own name and under private labels. It’s trying to expand its product line into hormone products and and specialized delivery versions such as soft gels and liquids. In October it announced it would be late with its 10-K filing and as a result saw its stock stop trading because of AMEX rules.
