Details: Brennan made 2.15 million pounds ($4.3 million) in 2007, about $2 million of that as base salary and the rest variable compensation. Though his base was set at 5.5 percent higher in 2007 than 2006, his total package dropped by 19 percent because of smaller bonus and decreased reimbursements for relocation expenses. Overall, his pay fell 19%.
