Details: Pfizer's Kindler enjoyed a 17 percent hike in 2008 pay. His base salary grew 8 percent to $1.58 million, though it remained a small fraction of his overall pay. The SEC filings note that it has been frozen at that level. Kindler's performance-based cash bonus came to $3 million. His cash incentive bonus was $3 million in 2008, down from $3.1 million in 2007, and the grant value of his latest long-term equity award was $8.3 million, down from $9 million in the prior year. Kindler also received $175,210 for use of the company plane for work and personal travel, and $39,537 for a car and driver.
