Frank Baldino - Cephalon
Total Compensation: $14.5M
Details: In 2007, with an overall salary of $13.5 million, Baldino managed to pull down $2 million more than the previous year. The CEO--who's paid much more than those in his peer group--didn't manage such a hefty salary jump in 2008. With his total compensation rounding out to $14.5 million, Baldino's 2008 raise came in at just under $1 million last year. His salary included $63,750 for personal use of the company car, insurance, financial planning and medical reimbursements.
