Lundbeck board member Hâkan Björklund will step into the chairman's job when Mats Pettersson steps down next month. Björklund had been CEO at the Swiss drugmaker Nycomed, until it sold out to Takeda Pharmaceutical in 2011. Lundbeck is in the midst of rebuilding after losing patent protection on its biggest-selling drug, Cipralex. Release | Report
